After meetings, I usually paste messy notes into chat and ask for cleanup.

|
|
What I actually need:
|
|
|
|
- remove duplicates
|
|
- group action items
|
|
- separate decisions from open questions
|
|
- output a clean markdown summary
|
|
|
|
Typical prompt:
