# `fastmcp.types`

Reusable type annotations for FastMCP tool parameters.
|
|
|
|
These types can be used in tool function signatures to influence how

|
parameters are presented in UIs (e.g. `fastmcp dev apps`) and
|
|
serialized in JSON Schema.
|
|
|
|
