HyperFrames v0.7.45

SDK gains three exports (getRootElements, isNewHostBoundary, bareId) and a serialize({ stripRuntime }) option, plus a fix for data-start relative-timing references that used to silently resolve to 0. Studio's storyboard, crop tool, and color grading also land this release.
