The transform.HTMLEscape function escapes five special characters by replacing them with HTML entities:

• & → &
• < → <
• > → >
• ' → '
• " → "

For example:

{{ htmlEscape "Lilo & Stitch" }} → Lilo & Stitch
{{ htmlEscape "7 > 6" }} → 7 > 6
