User Input

Read .specify/feature.json to get the feature directory path.
Load context: .specify/memory/constitution.md and <feature_directory>/spec.md and <feature_directory>/plan.md.
Create dependency-ordered implementation tasks and store them in <feature_directory>/tasks.md.
