Access device APIs via:

1. Network: `/cgi-bin/configManager.cgi?action=getConfig&name=Network`

2. Users: `/cgi-bin/userManager.cgi?action=getActiveUserInfoAll`

3. NTP: `/cgi-bin/configManager.cgi?action=getConfig&name=NTP`
